“When can I expect my order?”
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping service selected.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package ships.

What is your return policy?
At The Devotion Brand, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, our return policy is designed to make the process as seamless as possible.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Return Process:
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team on the website to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Refund/Exchange: If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to check availability. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship internationally to U.S. Military APO addresses.
Due to recent changes in import and tariff regulations, we are unable to ship to other international addresses.
This policy allows us to:
Avoid unexpected customs delays
Prevent high import taxes and tariffs for our customers
Keep our pricing affordable and transparent
📦 Why We Do Not Ship to Other Countries
Many countries, including Canada, charge:
Import Duties – based on product type and origin (can be up to 18% for apparel)
GST/HST or VAT Taxes – typically 5%–15% of the order value
Brokerage & Handling Fees – additional fees charged by carriers like UPS, FedEx, or DHL
These fees are collected by the customer upon delivery and can create frustration or surprise costs.
To protect our customers, we’ve chosen to limit international shipping to military APO addresses only for now.
